100,000 People

Back at IISc scouting for speakers. Bandwidth management and QoS routing guy had voice on permanent fast forward—too fast and high pitched. Poor guy speaking on Indian Language Processing got shouted down by some intolerable voice at the back of the hall who’d obviously spent far too many years on said subject.

Walked back and found the show awash with people— about 100,000 of them to be exact as a sunny afternoon brought out the masses to see what was what. Stand full to bursting and John performing duties as crowd barrier for a good portion of time.
